Meet your tour leaders Fiona from Polari Travel and Kieran from MEP office at Dublin Airport, Terminal 2 – Aer Lingus check-in area at 04:30.
Flight departs Dublin Airport at 06:50, arriving in Brussels at 09:35.
The Coach will pick up and transfer to Brussels for a guided bus tour of the city, including a quick stop at Brussels’ famous Atomium Monument. We will then travel to Brussels city centre, where you will do a city centre walking tour until 13:00 .
Free time until coach pick up at 15:00. Transfer to The President Brussels Hotel for check in.
Evening at leisure.
Overnight in Brussels city, Belgium.

EU Parliament Visit & Ghent Exploration

Breakfast in the hotel, followed by checkout.
Coach transfer to the European Parliament at 08:00

Visit the European Parliament, where you will meet with an MEP at 09:30
Visit the EU Parliamentarium Visitor Centre at 11:00
Lunch hosted by MEP at 12:30 in Quartier Leopold.
Coach pickup at 14:00 for transfer to Ghent, Belgium.
Check in at The Ghent River Hotel, followed by a guided walking tour of this charming city starting at 16:00.
Return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at your own leisure.

Ypres Battlefield Tour

Breakfast in the hotel followed by coach pick up at 9:00
Travel to Ypres, where we will have a guided bus tour/walking tour. We will visit the war graves, the Irish Peace-Park, and the trenches at Hill 62.
We will have some free time in Ypres before travelling back to Ghent.
Coach pick up at 15:30.
Evening at leisure to browse the Christmas Markets or enjoy a nice meal at one of the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Magical Bruges Day Trip

Breakfast in hotel followed by coach pick up at 10:00 for transfer to Bargeplein Coach Park, just on the outskirts of Bruges (1.5km walk to city centre). Coaches are not allowed into the city, so we will have a 15-minute walk to the city centre.
Experience the beautiful city of Bruges, taking in the sights and visiting the Christmas Markets.
Coach pick up at 16:00 for return to Ghent. Evening at leisure.
Overnight in Ghent, Belgium.

Leuven Markets & Return Home

Breakfast in the hotel, followed by checkout at 11:00.
Coach pickup at 11:30 for transfer to the beautiful city of Leuven. The famous Leuven Christmas Markets will be in full swing at this time, with over 140 small wooden cabins selling gifts, hot drinks such as chocolate milk or mulled wine, as well as numerous stands selling delicious local waffles, pancakes, or beignets.
Coach pickup at 17:00 for transfer to Brussels Airport
Check in at Ryanair Desk for flight home, departing Brussels at 00.
Arrive at Dublin Airport 21:45 – please note late arrival time.



Flying to Brussels with Aer Lingus – Terminal 2:

10 kg cabin sized bag which will be checked into the airplane hold at the Aer Lingus check-in desk and collected on the carousel in Brussels airport.

Flying to Dublin with Ryanair:

10 kg carry-on bag with you in the cabin.
For both flights you will be able to bring a small bag/backpack with you once it can fit under the seat. (not a hard-sided case and not in the overhead locker) On the Aer Lingus flight to Brussels airport – you can pack your liquids into your main bag and check it in and save time at security. On the Ryanair flight to Dublin – you will have your liquids with you at security.
Best to have all liquids under the 100ml and collect a free clear bag at security in Dublin airport on your way to Brussels airport. You can use it for your return flight to Dublin airport with Ryanair to save time at Brussels airport.
